When I have time, I like to explore our area. Inspiration strikes, and I remember a place I’ve always wanted to go. It could be that great new winery near Warkworth, or the restaurant in the stone building at Lake on the Mountain, near the Glenora Ferry. Next thing we’re in the car. Somewhere on the road we see an interesting place. We stop and learn about a new place we’ve never heard of, and that’s where we end up. Countless satisfying afternoons and weekends happen that way.
