Sébastien began his culinary career 24 years ago in France, with Michelin-starred restaurants, the Barrière Group in Brittany, the French Alps, the French Riviera and Corsica. In 2003 he created La Voilerie in Saint-Pierre et Miquelon, the premiere dining destination of this French overseas territory. In 2007 Sébastien and his wife Silvia opened Sébastien’s Bistro in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
