The Fifth Town Artisan Cheese Co. is an award-winning environmentally and socially responsible niche producer of fine, uniquely aged cheeses made with fresh goat and sheep milk produced by local family farms. Situated on 20 acres of farmland, the dairy was designed to Platinum LEED specifications and features wind and solar energy, and geo-thermal controlled subterranean aging facility.
